The House

A 19th-century Alentejo house in the historic center of Serpa, restored to welcome a few guests at a time.

We opened our doors in 2004. We kept the whitewashed walls, the vaulted ceilings and the patio, and added the comfort you expect today.

Six rooms and a family apartment, a few minutes' walk from the Castle and the Aqueduct. We are here to suggest the right winery, the olive oil mill to visit or the tavern for dinner.
